The decor at this lovely studio was absolutely charming, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself. I loved how the gardens were well-kept and provided a peaceful and serene environment to relax in. It was truly a delight to stay in such a beautifully decorated and senior-friendly place.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and available to assist with any needs or questions.

We would recommend this apartment to stay for 2 nights. It has neat and perfect rooms and handy location very close to the beaches, sea, and many areas. The host, Joanne, makes you feel at home...

This studio is perfect for me as a business traveler since it allows me to come and go at my leisure. The spacious kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment made my stay more convenient. I loved sitting on the patio of the self-contained studio and enjoying the beautiful water views.
Personally, I found the air conditioning unit installed in the apartment a bit noisy.

We got excellent value for our money, with a comfortable and relaxing room that had a fantastic view of the bay. The location was perfect for us - peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to the city and beach. The staff, Joanne and Tim, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider selection of cooking knives.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the wonderful waterfront view from the studio. It was a great place to relax and unwind, especially with the little jetty at the bottom of the property. the bed was super comfy and warm, and the heating was great for the chilly evenings. We also appreciated the powerful shower in the studio. the hosts were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.
One of the drawbacks was that the toilet and sink were on a pump, which caused some confusion and occasional overflow. we would have liked to have a cooking knife available in the kitchen.

The Water & City Lights Studio provided a pleasant stay with two standout features. the room boasted breathtaking views of both the shimmering city lights and the sparkling water. It was truly a sight to behold, especially during the enchanting sunset. the studio itself was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare simple meals.
I did encounter one minor inconvenience during my stay. The plumbing in the Water & City Lights Studio was quite noisy, causing some disturbance whenever the water was turned on or flushed.

Loved the private beach access, perfect for my impromptu surfing sessions. BBQ facilities were great, I felt like a master chef. The water and city views from the apartment were so stunning, I even forgot I was in Tauranga!
Oh, just a minor inconvenience. no Sandy white beaches within a 15-minute drive, so disappointing!

This studio was amazing! I loved having my own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. The water views from the patio were breathtaking, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. The air conditioning kept me comfortable no matter the season.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion.
